Terms of Service

Shopifire is operated from India and provides software for restaurants to publish digital menus, accept orders, manage staff, and connect payment and messaging providers. Contact: roshan@shopifire.in.

Restaurant accounts must be created by someone authorised to act for the business. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information (name, contact, menu content).

End-customers who order through a delivery QR may sign in with Google to place orders; their use is also subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Shopifire may offer free and paid (PRO) capabilities. Feature availability depends on your plan and platform settings. During promotional or launch periods, PRO features may be provided at no charge; we will give reasonable notice before paid billing applies. You retain ownership of menus, photos, descriptions, prices, and other content you upload. You grant Shopifire a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, transmit, and process that content solely to operate the Service (including AI-assisted import, translation, and image generation where you enable those features).

You represent that you have rights to all content you upload and that it complies with applicable food-labelling, advertising, and consumer laws in your jurisdiction.

When you enable ordering, you are the merchant of record for sales to your customers.Shopifire provides software; we do not prepare food or fulfil deliveries unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Online payments for diner orders in India are processed by Razorpay (and may be split to your linked Razorpay Route account where configured). Card and UPI data are handled by the payment provider, not stored on our servers. Cash and other offline methods are recorded in the dashboard only.

Refunds and cancellations between you and your customers are your responsibility. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for Shopifire subscription refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
• Upload malware, scrape the platform abusively, or attempt unauthorised access
• Misrepresent allergens, pricing, availability, or regulatory compliance
• Harass our staff or other users via support channels or messaging features
• Resell or white-label the Service without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for other users or payment partners.

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Razorpay, Google sign-in, WhatsApp Business API, email delivery, AI providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, pricing, or these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopifire and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Shopifire in the three (3) months before the claim (or ₹5,000 if no fees were paid).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
